REFUND POLICY
Our returns policy
We accept returns (refund, exchange or credit) for products purchased on our
website.
In order to qualify for a return (refund, exchange or credit), you must first notify us, via email at info@kiransbirmingham.com, within 48 hours of receiving the item (s). At this stage, please provide: your order number, pictures of the product(s) and your reasons for returning the product(s).
You must then return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the order received date to complete the return. In the event the return is accepted by us, we will endeavour to refund, exchange or issue a credit note, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. All items returned should have their order number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Please note the following:
- All products sold in ‘sale’ are not liable for return (refund, exchange or credit).

The physical condition of items in the sale are made clear in the
product description. Please read this carefully before purchasing. No
claims will be accepted regarding sale items.
- Any used, worn, damaged, washed products will be deemed as unacceptable to return.
- Items should be returned with all tags still attached to the item. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or credit note.
- For all returns, it is the customers responsibility and their cost to ship
products back to us safely.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment, and retain proof,
as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will
be liable for damage to them up until the point we receive them at our
warehouse.
- Items such as earrings, and nose accessories cannot be returned due to
hygiene reason.
- Made to order / custom / bespoke / made to measure or tailored/ altered
garments are not liable for return (refund, exchange or credit).
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. In the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged or faulty (manufacturing fault), please follow the returns process outlined above. We (at our option) repair or replace the products or provide you with a refund of the acquisition price (including the price of delivery).
All our products have been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in colour, fabric or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement
