Service Description
Virtual Consultations are for customers who are unable to visit our store due to location or personal circumstances. If you’ve seen an item on our website and would like to ask questions before purchasing—such as sizing or seeing the garment in more detail—you can book this service. It’s also perfect if you’re searching for a specific type of garment but can’t visit us in person, or wish to have something bespoke made. To make the most of your consultation, please try to have your measurements ready (in inches : chest, waist, hip) and, if possible, image references of the style or pieces you’re looking for.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. You can do this by logging onto our website and heading over to 'My Bookings' or emailing us at info@kiransbirmingham.com. If you fail to do so, or are a 'no-show', then a cancellation charge of £10 will be applied to your account. To ensure a robust paper trail, cancellation and rescheduling of appointment requests will not be accepted by telephone. If you are running late for your appointment, this will impact its duration. We will try our best to accommodate where we can, but this is not always possible and you may be required to re-book. Thank you for your understanding.
